Beginning November 2, you will be able to access the online registration form by clicking the Register Now button at the top of this website.

What forms of payment do you accept? Do you accept personal checks?

Potato Expo accepts MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover. Potato Expo does not accept checks or cash for payment.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ATTEND VIRTUALLY?

Registration to attend virtually will be $299 per attendee.

my company is planning to send several employees. is there a discount?

If your company is interested in sending 25 or more employees, please email questions@potato-expo.com.

HOW DO I MODIFY MY CONTACT INFORMATION ON MY REGISTRATION?

You can modify your contact information through the Attendee Service Center. You will need your login and password, which can be found in your confirmation email. If you need a copy of your confirmation email resent or have trouble logging in email questions@potato-expo.com.

I’M NO LONGER ABLE TO ATTEND. CAN I SUBSTITUTE MY REGISTRTAION FOR SOMEONE ELSE?

Substitution of registrations is permitted prior to the conference and onsite and can be made online through the Attendee Service Center. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information. To request a Potato Expo staff member to make the substitution on your behalf, there is a $75 administrative fee. To request a substitution, email questions@potato-expo.com with the registered attendee’s confirmation number and the name, company, address, and email of the attendee the registration is being transferred to.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY REGISTRATION?

All Attendee registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by December 18, 2020. A refund of the conference fee, minus a $95 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for registration cancellation requests received after December 18, 2020. Submit all requests to Potato Expo Registration via email at questions@potato-expo.com. The Potato Expo regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.

CAN I GET A RECEIPT FOR MY REGISTRATION?HOW DO I CANCEL MY REGISTRATION?

Receipts are included as part of the confirmation email. To be re-sent this information, please email questions@potato-expo.com. You can also access a copy through the Attendee Service Center.

CAN FAMILY MEMBERS ATTEND POTATO EXPO 2021?

Yes, family members are welcome to attend however we will not be offering spouse or child passes for the Potato Expo 2021.

HOW DO MEMBERS OF THE MEDIA REGISTER FOR AN OFFICIAL PRESS BADGE?

Members of the media should contact questions@potato-expo.com. Please provide your full name, email, phone number, publication name and website, and your position with the publication.
