Teamwork Event Services Exhibitor Service Kit - Access order forms for furniture, carpeting, signage, labor, audio visual, electrical, internet, compressed air, and water.

Booth Food and Beverage Giveaway - The Austin Convention Center requires that any food and beverage giveaways in exhibit booths must obtain prior approval from the convention center caterer, Levy Restaurants. All outside food and beverages are limited sample sizes: beverages limited to 3 ounces and food items limited to 1 ounce “bite size” items. Any items in excess of the same size requirements are subject to a nominal service charge.

Food and beverage orders should be placed through the Austin Convention Center Catering by submitting a request form by Monday, Dec. 24th. To view the menu, click here.

Registered exhibitors can access the Exhibitor Service Center to:

  • Enter your Company Description
  • Register your Booth Staff (comps, paid and spouses)
  • Download Receipt
  • Download Potato Expo Exhibitor 2019 Logo to promote your participation at the show.

Log-in information can be found in the Exhibit Booth Confirmation email. Can't find your confirmation email? The primary booth contact can access the Exhibitor Service Center and click on 'Forgot Password?' to get the log-in information emailed. Or, send and email to to request a copy of the confirmation email.

Need meeting space during the Potato Expo? Sign up to reserve space in our Flex Meeting Room. Each company can reserve up to two, one hour and 45 minute time slots.

*The aisles will be carpeted in tuxedo blue. All exhibitors will be responsible for payment of booth carpeting. Carpet rental is available through the Teamwork Exhibitor Service Kit. Charcoal carpeting will be placed and exhibitors will be invoiced for exhibitors who not order carpeting in advance.
